Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. Whether it's short term or long term. We understand that making time for fitness can be challenging, but our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We have areas of specialty in analyzing the needs specific to your fitness journey.
We promote progress no matter how big or how small. There is something for everyone at Resilience fitness and adaptive training center.
With multiple areas of skills, credentials, and experience, we are capable of analyzing your strengths and weaknesses to create a fitness plan or an adaptive training method that will help you reach your goals. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach the goals that you want to achieve. We are in this together, we are a team.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times can fall short of expectation. Our goal is to be that support that you need in the face of struggles and barriers and help you remember that YOU CAN. To help you unleash that resilient strength and live your life to the fullest.

We actively modify your workout based on your needs to help you reach your goals and optimize your progress. For all abilities. Progress is progress no matter how big or small. We celebrate every victory. Our certified adaptive and inclusive trainers are here to help you. We work with everyone no matter extremity or ability. No barriers here.
Our certified trainers work diligently to create an athletic program tailored to an athlete and their performance enhancing goals for their sport. We offer six or eight week trials in strength and conditioning for injury prevention, speed and agility, and endurance training.
Join our supportive group fitness classes and challenge yourself while having fun with like-minded individuals.
We offer specialized programs such as functional fitness, sports conditioning, adaptive athlete training, and injury rehabilitation to cater to your unique needs.

2PM- Adaptive Athletic Training
5:30- Dance Fitness
Tuesdays- 1pm, 2pm, 5:30, 6:30- Total body strength and Conditioning
Wednesday- 6AM, 12, 1, and 2 Strength and Total Body
5:30, 6:30- Inclusive Total Body
Thursday- 1PM Total body, 5:30- Dance Fitness
Friday- 6AM, 12, 1, 2- Total Body core and strength training
5:30- Total Body
6:30-Adaptive Athletic Training
Saturday- 9AM- Strength conditioning
11AM- All inclusive class
